What it is
Independent assurance your board can stand behind
A secretarial audit is a systematic, independent examination of your company's compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA and other applicable laws. It gives your board — and your investors — documented assurance that the company is being run by the book.
We don't just tick boxes. Every observation comes with the exact provision it relates to, a severity rating and a clear path to remediation, so the audit becomes a tool for improvement, not just a filing.
We also carry out share-transfer and demat audits, and legal and secretarial due diligence for investment, acquisition or lending.

Is a secretarial audit mandatory for my company?
It is mandatory for listed companies, public companies with paid-up capital of ₹50 crore or more or turnover of ₹250 crore or more, and companies with outstanding bank or financial-institution borrowings of ₹100 crore or more. Many other boards commission one voluntarily for assurance and investor confidence.
